POLICIES
A deposit is required in order to book any appointment. The price varies from $10-$100
depending upon the procedure and artist chosen. The deposit is to ensure that you are
serious about booking your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total
cost of the procedure on the day & time your appointment is scheduled. The balance
may be paid via CASH, Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle. Or when paying with a credit/debit
there’s an added +5% finance fee added.
RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule or change your appointment. Please call or text the number provided by your artist, or the studio at 503-646-5478 with 48 hours’ notice. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited. In order to reschedule, a new deposit is required. You must reschedule within 3 weeks of your original appointment or as soon as available, whichever comes first. You are allowed only ONE (1) reschedule before losing your deposit. If you need to re-schedule a 2nd time, the original deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. Clients must provide 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.
All appointments and deposits are non-transferable. If you choose to reschedule the appointment from one artist to another, you must first cancel that appointment and attempt to re-schedule with the other artist. We REQUIRE A minimum 48 hours’ notice If you decide to reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, your Deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required in order to reschedule a new date and time for your appointment.
RESTRICTIONS:
▪︎Cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, nursing nor pumping and dumping.
▪︎Must be 18 with proof of ID No Guests or children allowed during the services.
▪︎No caffeine 24 hours prior to procedure.
▪︎No alcohol 24 hours prior, to any treatment
▪︎ No Pain relievers, NSAIDS, or fish oil (promotes bleeding).
REQUIREMENTS: Arrive on time. Minimum 5 minutes early. If running late, contact the
artist ASAP. If you will be more than 20 minutes late, your deposit is forfeited.
