Hi, I’m Heather! I’m the owner, director, instructor, and licensed artist specializing in permanent makeup and paramedical tattooing at Carole’s Cosmetic Tattoo. After working alongside Carole Varsandar from 2001-2020, I proudly became the owner of the studio and school. I am governed and licensed by the Oregon Health Licensing Office and the Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) for private career schools in Oregon. I look forward to helping you enhance your natural beauty and/or obtaining your career goals within this exciting industry.
